As a parent, I can't speak highly enough about the transformative experience my son had at the boys' camp. From the moment he arrived, he was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm from the staff, setting the tone for an incredible week ahead. It was heartwarming to see my son forge friendships with peers from different backgrounds, learning from each other and forming bonds that will last a lifetime.
The activities were not only fun but also purposeful, designed to build character, foster teamwork, and instill a sense of responsibility.
What impressed me most was the dedication of the counselors/Coaches. They were not just supervisors but mentors who genuinely cared about the well-being of each camper. My son came back not only with new skills and memories but also with a newfound confidence and sense of independence.
From the training I have mastered how to draft the right application letter and curriculum vitae and maintaining the job is something new that never crossed my mind that I always thought was automatic.
The fear to start a business and have savings has been conquered thank you Tsukaa Uganda.
Our savings group was almost closing without values the VSLA training Tsukaa Uganda Conducted introduced us to by laws savings and sustainable process and procedure flow of our activities that I believe will raise us to more growth as a group’ said

Skilled Hands Uganda is asocial enterprise dedicated to providing work readiness skills and talent development programs to empower individuals to become self-sufficient, productive and reliable members of society. Through its Boys Mentorship Program, Organization Capacity Building Program (OCBP), Work Readiness Skills Program (WRSP), Livelihoods Development Program (LDP)
Is a highly interactive holistic program designed to empower boys/men psychologically, emotionally and physically enabling them to lead a productive life as they transition through masculinity issues. To raise productive, supportive and responsible gentlemen, husbands, fathers citizens, professionals who will lead themselves and the community diligently.
Is the entrepreneurship and employability program that empowers communities through trainings in business startups, growth, employment skills and Sexual Reproductive Healthy Education. Equiping individuals with basic knowledge in areas such as communication skills, time management, workplace etiquette, SRH and team collaboration. With aspect of guiding communities lead a more sustainable financial and health life.
Is a program designed to empower youth with the job market skills and qualities required to thrive in the workforce. These include communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, leadership, Effective communication in verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills customer care and computer skills that match the 21st Century Job Market.
Is a program that equips organizations with the necessary skills, knowledge and tools to enhance their efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability. The program focuses on building the capacity of both individuals and teams within an organization to ensure they are better equipped to handle the complexities and challenges of today's business environment. The program seeks to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and then provide tailored solutions that will help improve the various aspects of the organization.

Tsukaa Uganda to train individuals and groups of people in companies and organizations in areas but not limited to; Staff capacity building, Team building events, life and employability skills for students both in upper primary, secondary and tertiary institution. We also train business owners in business management skills.

More communities will have received entrepreneurship and work readiness skills to enable them thrive in employment and business. Communities recover and become more resilient to poverty through trainings and any other direct support like tool kits.
